The reception staff couldn't be more rude. Not greeted or anything. Very little respect for not saying anything. And don't talk about the phone, you can spend 2 hours hanging on the phone and not answer at all.

This comment comes many years late but better late than never. Thank you Dr Justo Alzúa, you have saved my life and many others. This medical center has benefited for years from the best psychiatrist in the country, and I must say that the professionalism, humanity and concern of the specialists at this center is incredible. And Don Justo, I admit my defeat, I will never be as smart as you, you will always beat me in years of knowledge.

The first time I called they told me that to make an appointment I had to call after 3:30. I did so yesterday, and this morning, without a response. I will look for another center with better care

They make you wait 2 hours and on top of that the treatment is super bad, I don't recommend going, it's not worth it
